As the managing director of Pro Elite United, Leon consistently works with and aids players with high potential, giving them the details needed to improve and succeed in football. As well as this, he works with professional clubs of CAT1 standard to develop recruitment strategies for players which are passed on to the players he works with.

Ellie is a current professional player who has had extensive time in academy football, both at the club and international level. Ellie is young and able to not only relate but guide young footballers on their path. Now bringing her knowledge to the young female footballers, Ellie is driven to create a pathway for girls to receive high-level coaching and be taken into academy football
